Congregational Council
The Council represents the congregational leadership of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Council members are nominated and elected from the GSLC membership. The Council oversees the activities of the church, coordinated through various committees and other groups.

Committees
Discipleship
The Discipleship Committee works with the Pastor and Deacon on youth programs, and on educational programs for all age groups. Programs include Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Confirmation, adult study groups and the annual Christmas program for Sunday School age children.
Fellowship
The Fellowship Committee works to strengthen the bonds connecting the GSLC community spiritually and socially. Activities include the Fall Festival, Outdoor Nativity, Church Picnic and other churchwide events, as well as organizing refreshments after Worship services to foster conversation.
Outreach
The Outreach Committee plans and develops opportunities for members of Good Shepherd to serve our community, including the operation and maintenance of the food pantry. The Outreach Committee also assist staffs with orientation and reception of new members, and with publicity of Good Shepherd’s ministry and activities.
Resources
The mission of the Resources Committee is to oversee the proper use and maintenance of the congregation’s physical and financial assets. The Resources Committee also includes stewardship, encouraging members to determine how best they can support the church and its activities, services and projects.
Worship & Music
The mission of the Worship and Music Committee is to support the worship services of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in order to strengthen and enrich the spiritual life of the congregation. The Committee works with the Pastor and Deacon to engage in long-term planning of worship services.
